This view is from the terrace of Mona Lisa's family home outside Florence looking out over their olive groves . It was a timeless and beautiful setting . I was in the tasting room sampling their olive oil products and looked out and saw this wonderful view framed by the shutter doors that still looked much the same as I think it did a long time ago.
About Carol DENMARK
Welcome to my web page. Although I discovered art at the age of 10 it took me a long time and two other careers to rediscover it. When my oldest daughter went away to college I became a docent at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA). I was leading a tour of the museum in one of the galleries when I discovered a class copying works of some of our greatest American artists right in front of the pictures. I knew then that I had found what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. Carol Sack Denmark is a lawyer who is now an artist. She lives in the Philadelphia area.
